Return & Refund Policy




1. General Terms



At Rare Archive, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the allowed period.

This policy applies only to standard products. Items marked as “final sale”, “limited edition”, or “special order” are non-returnable.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.





2. How to Request a Return



  1. Email us at info@rarearchive.co with your order number, product code, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns sent without this number may not be accepted.
  3. After receiving your RMA, please ship the product back within 7 days.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.






3. Return Conditions



To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Final sale, discounted, or custom items cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and personal-care items are non-returnable once opened.






4. Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and payment processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • The refunded amount will only include the product price, excluding any shipping or service fees.






5. Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


  • We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
  • A replacement will be sent if the item is in stock; otherwise, a full refund will be issued.






6. Non-Returnable Items



  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Intimate apparel and hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products returned after the 14-day period
  • Items missing tags or original packaging






7. Additional Notes



  • Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
